Limitation of Liability- NIN’s and all related companies or divisions liability for any shipment is limited to maximum of $100. Additional value may be placed on the shipment for an additional fee of $1.95 per $100 in additional value, which must be declared by customer prior to shipment retrieval. Even with additional value declared, NIN and all related companies or divisions shall only be liable for loss or physical damage to shipment at actual cash value and not replacement cost. NIN and all related companies or divisions shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by customer if a shipment is late, or any other costs outside of the actual cash value of a lost or damage shipment. In no event shall NIN and all related companies or divisions ever be liable for any consequential damages, lost profits or lost opportunity costs.
